NHC Diploma in

Training of Trainers
for Healthcare
Workers

Key Details

Overview

Doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians and others within healthcare settings are required to deliver training for the staff members they lead. But with their expertise lying primarily within their healthcare craft itself, these workers might not always feel confident in the exact methods they should use to transfer their skills to others in their team.

The Diploma in Training of Trainers (TOT) for Healthcare workers combines theoretical knowledge and practical projects to help healthcare workers become effective trainers, able to perfectly build the skills of other staff within their organisation. Learners will acquire the up-to-date practices of both in-person and virtual training found within the healthcare field, enabling them to feel confident in boosting the abilities of workers at their business and in striving further within their own careers.

This 40-hour course is designed to help doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, pharmacists, therapists, medical team leaders and more confidently deliver high-quality and effective training sessions in their areas of expertise to other workers.
